If you want to have the light blue/gray border for images in your journal, you must type <div class="image"> at the beginning of your journal text.

The way the snowflakes and the boarder was placed looked like it stands out like 3D, like it pops out, literally! And that's what makes the journal so fascinating! From my view it doesn't look very flat, especially the shadows effect you put with the boarders (where you put your text in).For the blue header font I really like your choice, but the grey/white text might be a bit plain for this theme.
