Menu:
In the header part of the journal, the five links each look like something like this:

<a href="COMMISH URL"><li>Commissions</li></a>

Add in the appropriate URLs in the a href="" sections. The text between the <li> and </li> is what the link is called, and these can be customized to whatever you want. You can also delete links, but I don't think you can add any without messing up the journal structure.
